The staff employed by ACCEPT, Inc. has included: direct care workers, transportation drivers, cooks, culinary assistants, clinicians, substance abuse counselors, social workers, vocational instructors, teachers, nurses, maintenance workers, security personnel, water front supervisors, physical education instructors, recreation specialists, experiential education specialists, and administrators.

Although historically all programs operated by ACCEPT, Inc. had existed as contracts held by other vendors, in February 2002, the Corporation was awarded a contract to design, construct, and implement an entirely new program CAPES, the Cape Adolescent Pre-trial Evaluation Services. This secure detention and assessment service was created in response to the increasing juvenile arrest rate on Cape Cod and the Islands.
